so between that 83 split heading on down towards pikesville, reisterstown road getting a little wet overards loch raven and woodlawn, approaching you and we have the bridges included up to randallstown. we have a knot of moderate rain from towson, 83 stretch is pretty wet and overall we've been watching maryland's most powerful doppler radar which continues to stay on the general wet side. we'll continue to watch this general pattern as a storm system off the coast keeps us with the wet weather. we've had heavier rain on back towards the south and west. you'll notice that it doesn't look that impressive right now but this is part of a storm that is just in its strengthening phase. you'll see off the coast circulation wrapping around. the wind itself will really be the main issue here. the winds are going to pick up a little this afternoon. 10, 15 mile-per-hour. up to 20 mile-per-hour gusts by tomorrow morning. then we're going to watch this wave of low pressure actually slide its way in towards the coast. check our computer model here and watch the time line. tomorrow morning, moderate-t
