no changing color on our sensors all the way out towards pittsburg and concord. of course we are still following this water main break, as well. it is on castro valley boulevard just west of villareal drive. it's been there since about 2:30 this morning. we know county road crews are heading out to the scene now. about 3 to 4 inches of water are in the roads because of the water main break as well as rocks and sediment. it will take a while to clean up. there are some flares in the road which are visible from 580 so kind of a visual distraction as well if you are crossing on the 580 freeway even though the water main break is on the city streets. approaches to the bay bridge look great. no metering lights, no delay as you approach the pay gates, quick trip up the incline towards the "s" curve. right now the drive time is 18 minutes from the e time is 18 carquinez bridge to the maze if you are commuting down the eastshore freeway. and 880 through oakland, nice drive here as you pass the coliseum all the way up into downtown oakland. bart is off to a nice start. al
