area, the president as commander-in-chief could change that policy fairly quickly if he wanted to pixel at the end of the day i think the president ought to be prepared to fully assert his power when he needs to come but you don't have to be stupid about it and you shouldn't do it when you don't need to. >> does anybody want to take that particular case up? >> you guys are cowards. , on.
