so here the scale comparison is the delores park playgrounds that's a beautiful playground. and so you this imagine that with a grove of trees and terrace he seating which you can sort of see going up the side there and the green that you see on top is a concept we've always had in the plan to have active recreation softball or soccer. you see the seating and a grove of trees. one late of those i congress frame structures you couldn't find today but gets you above the historic building we've got a beautiful view of san francisco. that was a lot in not a whole a lot of time as i was requested (laughter) and so we're you know we're obviously excited about that. i totally forgot to talk about the field operations one of the things we did in summary we sort of 5ug9d our design team we were very interested in findings a landscape firm that had experience successful experience s with industrial waterfronts and they are emerged as an imminent firm we're looking seattle center waterfront and in chicago and ray pier in philadelphia to get the character of those postindustrial places

of the evolution it's a coming out of our design team in terms of creating new waterfront parks playgrounds on pier 70. one thing i want to start by saying everything you'll see comes out of the seven years of planning that was initiated by the port through their 3 year master planning process and picked up by us. and what you'll actually see came out of the input and feedback in particular we've had the benefits of many ways of communicating with the community in the special events that have enabled thousands of people to energy act. the framework for this parks concept is the land use plan that was came out of the process that was endorsed unanimously by the board of supervisors last year that came out of the work that was done with the city family team including the planning department and all the other action that were involved and had a mix of office used and residential uses what we call creative small-scale manufacturing and, of course, bound together by the waterfront parks network. and in particular we're focused on the ground floor what's happening in the building connects to the
