my name is darian tillman, and i'm a parent advocate for coleman and pmac. i'm here to speak on the situation with charter schools, and what i had on my mind is i felt like it was hindering our youth education who are being -- i mean, i feel like charter schools are being used -- are using the youth for -- as entities and for corrupt gang without giving progress reports to the parents when they should know about their child being comfortable at the school. and that's not happening from my understanding, and that needs to happen so we can get the full acknowledgement on what we're taking on in our community.
