just about everywhere in the dmv it's the property owner right here, that's going to be pnc bank. but here is when you have to make sure that you have your sidewalk shoveled by. let's take a look. in d.c., certainly you've got 24 hours. montgomery county, 24 hours, prince george's county, 24 hours. again that's all within the last snowfall. in arlington it depends on the amount of snow. if it is less than six inches, you have 24 hours, more than that you get a couple of hours at 36 hours total. alexandria, you have 48 hours. and in loudon county you have until 6:00 l a.m. fairfax county there's no law. we'll talk to topper back here you can see certainly lots of snow still in this area as we are about 44 hours since the last snowfall according to topper. so at this location, this is a big problem. it says right there that they are actually closed. it doesn't mean that they are not responsible, however. there's lots of places like this. when we come back at 6:00, we'll show you how we confronted the manager and said hey what's going on here? but for now we're live in northwest d.c.
