poconos may be in the best shape. the lowest chance of any serious problems with the floding is in the lehigh valley and up toward the poconos. so keep that in mind. the time period for the main problems, 3:00 p.m. friday to 3:00 p.m. saturday. that's the main threat. there also is a a chance of some severe storms in parts of the area. that will be more likely into delaware. this is an important map because it shows you what areas are the most vulnerable. this is not predicting how much warain is going to fall. this is predicting how much it will take to reduce floding. the dark green, all it's going to take is 1 to 2 inches. so southern delaware, you can handle greater amounts of rain than tb northern delaware. especially in new castle county, very vulnerable. 1 to 2 inches will cause it. and it's almost a sure bet there will be 1 to 2 inches there. there is is a potential for floding. we have a couple showers starting to develop in parts of the area. right now at the shore, we continue to see a wind off the ocean. t
