a lojack car theft police. lojack led them right to an avenue in south baltimore where it led to the arrest of 28-year- old calvin lockner. police say just last year he was arrested for allegedly beating his wife for, quoting here, associating with african americans. in his police interview, he admitted he does not like african americans, and that's what led police to classify this as a hate crime. two other suspects remain at large. police have not identified them. the baltimore branch of the naacp is holding a news conference to talk about the
