police are watching this morning. one man was arrestedmented they also complained to police, nobody was injured during the raid. >>> fer following breaking news happening in south san jose. they are involved in a standoff. this is in west capitol expressway? >> and snell. good morning to you, marla. you can see behind me they have a portion of the complex shut down and surrounded. specifically a building to the right. a man is holed up with a machete. police are trying to talk him out of there i just spoke with the security guard. he says this gentleman has been a problem. the man he says flipped him off and told him to leave before something happened to him. that's when he called police. they said the man threatened them with a machete and has been holed up in the apartment ever since. there was a report maybe he's the owner of the gun. so right now they are trying to talk the man out. you've been able to hear him yelling back and forth. they also say he was drinking. we understand they'll be coming out here to resolve a situation. peacefully
