what we're hearing from his polsters and his people is that don't worry about it.ep in to this spending program. people we're polling love taxing big corporations and they love taxing people that make $400,000. keep it going. >> yeah. bipartisanship is what you find in a poll, not in bipartisan negotiations. if that were the case, why are the democrat leadership all against the issue of voter i.d., which polls very highly among democrats? anyway, this is a word game. it's a very problematic word game. if you look at it, 5% of the spending is for roads and bridges, a maximum of the $2.3 trillion, 30% is maybe infrastructure. it's certainly not the $400 billion that they have in the bill for child care and caregivers. it's not the $580 billion that they have for manufacturing and research development. you know, only 37%, 850 billion is there. here's a couple of interesting tricks. spending for eight years. spend the money in eight years. pay for it in 15. so you know, how many of those programs are going to go away at the end of eight years? here's the other kicker.
