new yorkers will make an exception to that rule today for this pontiff.he is going to be greeted with a crush of people. it's all about crowd control in a couple hours. this is still pretty much the regular new york city crowd along fifth avenue. you got tourists shopping, you have workers going and coming back from lunch, but in a couple hours this is all going to change. we are expecting this to be very crowded. here's a lot of thing that people are expecting to see. they would love to see the pope get out of the popemobile and walk. we are at 58th street. that would be a long walk for a 20-year-old, much less a 78-year-old man who has been on a schedule of schedules the past few days. the cathedral is seven blocks that way. we don't think the pope will get out and walk from this point but maybe a little closer to st. pat's, he may get out and walk and that will be a sight to see for those folks. i know a lot of folks will come to this corner and praying they will see him walk past here, maybe come shake a few hands. but there is definite excitement in
