it's called dark pools. one of the things that schneiderman is looking at is goldman's dark pool, and how they work that dark pool with high frequency traders and how they use that, essentially, to rig, quote-unquote, possibly rig the markets or give high frequency traders an unfair advantage. at least that's what we know from sources close to schneiderman's office. they are looking at the dark pools. goldman has a big dark pool, sigma x. we should point out that for weeks we were hearing rumblings that goldman sachs was going to shut down sigma x as the lewis book was coming out. they denied it to us. the journal did write a story that said they were thinking about it, but they're not going to do it. it might not be in their power after this. we should point out that the new york attorney general has pretty tough regulatory, has a pretty big regulatory bat known as the martin act.

i would say to get to that but what about the pool? is it high enough, even if you were able to talk park and rec into it for a site for to give you the coverage? >> so, thank you commissioner for your question. our rf team sent, went out there several different times to try to find locations in that area. and they determined that they could serve one of the sector and it would be the four panel sector that would lead six antennas left on the roofs of the building. and they could serve one sector out of balboa park just because it is pretty far away. and in terms of rf distance not necessarily in walking distance, but that would be that is what we are able to do. i personally have been involved in talks with rec and park for over four years and i am criticizing. and it is a complicated policy for rec and park to allow wireless antennas in parks and on rec centers. it is something that they are working on and they are working through. but, we are nowhere closer than we were when we first approached them four years ago. so, so supervisor
