[laughter] >> porktober. >> celebrate porktober. chef kevin dahlen is here from the machine shed to make delicious pork loin kabobs with the hard cider glaze. doesn't that sound good it makes you almost like fall. >> almost. >> great to see you kevin. >> hi guys. >> this is a fun time of year. i think you transition from the comfort foods things that are a little more hearty. >> yes. today i'm doing for porktober we're doing featuring our angry orchard hard cider. made it with a glaze like with brown sugar and cooked them to a nice glaze for these nice pork kabobs i have here. >> those are big boys over there. i think that is one of the things you want. you think about a kabob i think of a little more small appetizer size these are not. these are the size of an arm. >> yes they are. [laughter] >> they are pretty to say. >> what do you have skewered on there? >> pork loin, cut it into cubes 1-inch and it fits nice on the skewer. fresh pineapple, fresh bell peppers, red onion and cherry tomato. >> so bright and colorful too. >> perfec
