gerald shargel said they were denied the ability to mount a full defense, not able to talk about the porngatecandal and those issues and they also did not call any witnesses. >> the verdict, conviction on all counts was a crushing blow, i'm not going to say otherwise, but we have not lost our resolve. >> they reviewed evidence. they reviewed testimony of our witness witnesses and did a difficult thing in convicting the chief law enforcement officer in the state. >> that was the district attorney there talking about the jury. and pennsylvania governor tom wolf had this to say. today is a sad day for the commonwealth and the people of pennsylvania. attorney general kane has been convicted of serious charges. i do not believe kathleen kane should be the attorney general of the commonwealth of pennsylvania. she should resign immediately. kane has not said as of yet if she will resign her postç as attorney general. she has been and continues to be free on bail. the judge has set sentencing to happen within 90 days. one other note here, the judge said that kathleen kane cannot retaliate against an
