bay, this is the scene from our kpix 5 studios looking out east towards oakland and also the port of oakland. we have the skies clearing there. so that's a really good indication that we are going to see warmer temperatures today in comparison to yesterday when we were socked in at this hour. santa rosa is reporting 52. livermore 63. it's in the low 60s in concord. you can clearly see that fog that george is reporting lining the coast but it's whining away from the san mateo coastline. we have a little bit of remnants still from that tropical storm inland out towards yosemite. otherwise, high pressure is filtering into the bay area. we are going to have sunshine. the coast will be clear all the way into our inland areas and boy, as a result of that strengthening ridge of high pressure, the heat is on inland. we are back into the triple digits. not hot as it was this past monday when we had the record heat at 109 in gilroy. but still, 110 in redding. 102 sacramento. 101 in fresno today. 74 in monterey. we are going to hit 100 degrees easily in brentwood, tracy, oakley, also 103 cloverdale. th
