we got this from the portage county municipal court. this is just the complaint. it is for the charge of they minor. now because it is so minor, it just describes what the general charge is. it doesn't get into specifically what mr. pino did here, but it is something about getting in the way of officers or firefighters or somebody trying to do their duty and he wouldn't get out of the way so he was charged. it is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. he pled no contest and got out of it that way. here's the second one we found. the date on this one is from july of last year. this is kind of interesting, and we have to read the report from the police. he describes this kindle that he had brought back from new york city that wasn't working. so he calls amazon, and amazon tells him that that kindle was reported stolen and that he should contact police. so he tells the police, the narrative is he was in a coffee shop in new york city that he travels to twice a year and they were having a book drive. when he looked in one of the bins, he claims he found a kindle and he t
