i had the same issue in north portland and i said to the city we have to make sure we can't relocate the village to make sure they are not using the types that can catch the whole hillside on fire. that is a will issue. cities should have health and safety reasons for restricting where people can be living outside and no one should be living outside in oregon. it's inhumane and we have to do more. i'm the only one on the stage that has a specific plan on my website as it comes to the urgency of the biggest housing crisis with health it's making sure we get more people on the street working with individuals connecting them with services and getting them into shelter and housing. my opponents here senator johnson represents didn't support at least one opportunity to do that with project turnkey turning hotels into shelters. we must do all of this to help the oregonians get off the street. >> i would like to read that. i have questions about project turnkey because i was concerned about its drain on the general fund. i won't go into details but it's inexpensive and complicated program.
