a warehouse fire in san francisco or boulevard and highway 101 in the portola area. 11 people livingear a construction site in the area. the winchester mystery house says it is disrupting their lives. development is going up the side of the former winchester ranch mobile home park in west san jose residents say they want an eight ft fence to help ease the noise of construction. the city has approved a six ft fence, neighbors say pultegroup, which is building the project, has refused to install a taller fence. more than 600 units in a park are set to be completed next year. oakland police joined with families who have been affected by violent crime. the group is marking the end of national crime victims rights week at a media conference this afternoon. they said they want to bring a face to the numbers behind the deadly violence, and they're appealing to the public to provide more information on criminal cases to try to bring closure to these families. a number of people who have lost loved ones spoke out today. the community has to come together and stand together. rather you lost a
