that is a common problem in portrero hill. these two shuttle advance in the left belong to zyngas contractors and there is another limousine. there are a lot of commercial vehicles parked in our area that are large commercial vehicles that should not be parking around our streets especially around our parks. there is one camper in this picture. i think we need to think about the fact that it's not just vehicles, it's a lot of different over sized vehicles, there is a lot of these advance, converted u haul trucks and these are magnets. there is a lot of different things going on. we have to think about the fact that a lot of these are around schools, around parks. they create walls around our parks and schools making it easier for things to go on. it would be nice if we can do the 2004 measures here. but this being san francisco, it's not going to happen. however i volunteer at mark ferrel's district for a nice campground. we suffered in district 9, 10, 4, we are the camp grounds in the city for anyone who wants to park their v

here is a list of projects that are partially funded that portrero was completed and other projects here are slated to receive funds at the end of this fiscal year. there is revenue for the next 5-year period and we have other projects for in kind agreements and also shows further examples of whenever we are able to leverage funds like the mercado plaza. the 22nd street project we have allocation of $2 million for that project in the impact fee revenue down the line. just to make the point that impact fees are not the only funding source for eastern neighborhoods. we have been going out to getting a number of grants for the eastern neighborhood. many came out of the district streetscape plan and others come from other local and state funding sources. and finally these are projects that are moving forward that we expect program funds that are non-impact fee revenue funds but at the same time meet the goal of implementing the eastern neighborhood projects and they come from a -- variety of funding sources, outside grants and streetscape funding and street bonds. lastly i'm going to talk ab
