it's a material obviously the potash and phosphate for agricultural needs.s been a little bit hindered by the restriction on the stock and the liquidity due to the die ver chur a couple of years ago that is still playing out. over the couple years there's going to be some liquidation of those shares into market. they're going to get converted into common stock. it's going to make the restrictions and trade restrictions and possible deal issues around that stock a little bit more liquid and we could see it more trade on fundamentals versus being hampered down by the restrictions based on that deal. also a good dividend yield earnings that su boa s thas tha good long-term growth prospects. >> permanent portfolio funds. thoughts? >> i think when you run something like the permanent portfolio, that makes total sense. so this is a huge area of the market, mosaic, freeport, all the ags, all the basic materials that have not participated. why not start to add there? we're doing the same thing but we're using an etf. this gives you about 65% chemicals. the balance w
