especially on potrero hill. there is a lot of parking at mission bay that i am aware of and hopefully, there will be other structures that will be built to allow some of the employees to park and not have to look for street parking in the vicinity. another thing that was brought up was the transit on 16th street. that is critical. that is a major corridor between caltrain and light rail and bart on 16th and mission. that is unnatural for other robust transit that brings people right along there. they have every reason to believe that people coming in on part are using -- the might want to make that shortcut to get to the mission bay area. to go further along and having to take the light rail in the other direction, even though we will get the central subway in the future. that has to be studied. architecturally, a good job. i know you are working on the -- with the neighborhood on the palette. the windows, it is a little bit of an unusual window pattern and somewhat random. i know there is a reason but generally

i have been born and raised on potrero hill and i have seen this eyesore forever. it is a fantastic product -- project. you did a phenomenal job of bringing in wholefoods and zinc and twitter. it is amazing. that project needs to be approved. we have been too numerous amounts of neighborhood meetings and i am in favor of approving the project. thank you. >> president olague: thank you. >> hello, i am president of dog patch neighborhood association. and chairman of green trust, sf. i have been involved in this project for many years as they have come to the neighborhood association and as far as the point of view of the green space and connecting greenways between dog patch and the rest of downtown. i want to say we feel this project is a good one. it will help connect what our existing residential spaces down on 16th street. this is a big project. it is going to add a lot. i also like the way they have designed the space on seventh street to buffer the noise, to have some interesting lighting going on. i note -- i like the way the p dr is offered on the north side.

we don't have people talking to the potrero hill association. all of these different fragmented conversations are happening. there largely talking about the same thing, crime, keeping streets clean, businesses, supporting small businesses, maintaining and making sure the city is livable for everyone. no one really looked to their neighbors. they stayed within their neighborhood, but did not reach beyond the boundaries. that is one thing i saw that i actually made a concerted effort on the campaign to build bridges. for me, that goes beyond the neighborhood. it goes to connecting the southeast to the large part of san francisco, wake up, we're out here. we want bike paths, dog parks, open space. we no longer want to have a neighborhood or a reputation of a crime-filled community. the other thing that i learned is really, we are all human. how to connect with that spirit, whether you're living in public housing, owning your own property, your asian, african american, we are all one. we are a community. when we realize and move in the direction of
