that is another 15,000 people plus in potrero hill. this is going to have to be monitored very carefully. there were comments that there was extreme desire from portrero hill to mission bay by muni and that was heavily overstated. i walked to the ucsf gym to my house. it's to service mission bay, not potrero hill. keep that in mind. the 22 changes which i believe is called the 55, you have three steep blocks from 18th street down to 16th street. 16th street is also a freeway. the traffic, the p.d. can't control the traffic on 16th street. you have to get across on 16th street on the eastern side of the line. we also appreciate the increase of frequency on the 10. it's been desperately needed for years. it was cut back 3-4 years ago. hopefully that will happen quickly. second street to cal train is still a problem. you need to get pco's out there and mark the grids on the entrances and get people to stop stopping at intersection. it destroys the bus line every afternoon. the other one too. thank you very much. we'll continue to monitor t

came from ~ the excelsior, visitacion valley, i ngleside neighborhoods, bayview hunters point, potrero hill, who were looking for access into -- into building. didn't really feel that they actually had the access they wanted. i think programs like first shoretion and the local hire ordinance are actually living up to that demand that is coming from our neighborhoods that we can actually create that greater access. ~ source i know that's been made through partnerships with our building trades and i want to thank the building trades for their work. for support at the local hire ordinance from the beginning and now it actually has become more open to it and now supporting it as we've seen the implementation happen three years later. so, i want to thank building trades partners for their participation and their patience and their flexibility in helping to make the local hire work happen in san francisco. today i have amendments to the local hire ordinance as well as, as well as an amendment to our first source hiring program that was established after welfare reform in 1996, i think it was '98

i am a property manager now at robert development, and i worked at potrero hill and sunnyvale. that means i have been involved with the thousands of families in san francisco. in my time here there is shooting and robberies and domestic violence. i had an incident where an employee was attacked by a resident. all things that you won't hear, because there are people that work for the agency that care about the employees and residents that are out there every day doingor :-- doing our jobs to the best of our ability with limited resources. and that statement is a slap in the face to those of us that worked to provide physical assistance. and psychological needs, all things that we have to implement to provide services. those are things that i do day to day on the front line. and how much money i don't get from management, i still do a good job. i don't care what nonprofit comes in, you would be hard pressed to find somebody that can do it better than we do. thank you. >> i will call a few cards. i think this is anita. and last -- i can't read this. david cannon. james doxy. joyce
