it's 40% larger than any unit on potrero hill, and it's 35% larger than any existing unit in the entire city. i looked at four unit buildings, and compared to that, it's roughly 10% larger than a four unit building on potrero hill. we're really looking at something that's out of scale. if you look at the residential guidelines, special, page 23 and 24 of those guidelines, it says, design the height and depth of the building to be compatible with the existing scale at the midblock open space. the rear yard is really uncharacteristically deep and tall, additionally completely out of context with the other houses on the block. it removes 700 square feet of midblock space into the garden, pretty much two thirds of where the garden is. this rear yard two story expansion also encroaches. it does not leave much room for others, and cuts off light and trees from the midblock space. it contradicts with the residential guidelines to leave the center of the midblock space open for air and yards and open space. i'll just add three points that i also found in the residential guidelines. it has impac

for those years i have gladly and proudly worked with the residents potrero hill at the health center. i have never lived in the community, i've always felt a part of this community. i supported patience in navigating the often times challenging health care system and i supported youth in navigating educational opportunities for their future. in my many ways i have been a dedicated contributor and advocate for marginalized public housing community. march 15 of this year i was summoned to our office and told that i was going to be removed from the potrero hill clinic and told it was reorganization and my special skillset. after met and conferred with my union, i later learned that i was told i was being removed from it because of intimidation and fear. i received no due process, no investigation, when they did have an investigation, it was a bias investigation. and i also want to note that when i left the clinic prior to this receiving these anonymous letters, i had a stellar performance appraisal. no mention intimidation and bias. i was never treated fairly by the department of public

past week, we had bayview ignites for the second year, where school staff from our bayview and potrero hill schools participated in a three day community building and learning experience to strengthen the foundation needed to serve our students and families in the community, and just yesterday, over 1,000 staff members attended digital district day. [applause] >> i look forward, and i'm sure all of you do to welcoming our students back on monday. i would like to update the public on where we are with staffing. we are currently 96% staffed, and we are working rapidly to fill the vacancies. we've filled over 800 certified positions this summer. our human resources department in partnership with school leaders and with lead is hard at work to ensure that our remaining vacancies are staffed with high quality candidates. this summer, our district facilities division has been working hard to ensure that all schools are clean, safe, and ready for instruction by monday. i want to share some of the highlights we have. custodial services has completed deep cleaning at all sites. all of our custodians
