potrero hill improvements,, also slated to be completed in the spring of 2019. over the past three years, the department department has dedicated general funds dollars to deferred maintenance and improvements throughout the city we continue to implement projects using the baseline funding for the original control , irrigation paving, boiler replacements as part of our lifecycle, fencing, and a.d.a. general fund dollars have gone to fund resurfacing and repainting of over 30 quarts, including basketball, tennis, volleyball in the past 20 years alone. the completion of our lifecycle condition assessment of our recreation and park assets, later this spring will allow the department to proactively address and prioritize our deferred maintenance obligations and plan for the next bond, including our annual capital expenditures. we have assessed through that program over 59 million square feet of linear and voter goal assets. this is one of the most important initiatives that we are undertaking in the planning department, and we hope that this will be a legacy database
