i am kate bloomburg resident of potrero hill. i actually think that housing-i mean the density increases actually do a lot for our city for all of us. they do a lot for small businesses. one of my favorite things where i live is the corner store two blocks away. if there is more housing, if there are more people living there, there are more people who can walk to their corner store, who can bike to their neighborhood facilities, who can do all these things and so this does a lot for us and we-i heard it spoken of as a give away to developers. i think it is gift to san francisco to have this bill. i think it is something that we really need. you look at some of those commercial corridors in the sunset, they are dying. there is nothing that can survive there, and those people have to get in their car and drive to a grocery store. it shouldn't be that way. i can walk to 6 different grocery stores from my house. it is wonderful, a paradise. i still like to see more density in my neighborhood, i think it makes it better so i really ap
