&i'm going to go ahead and start without the powerpoint, but you have a paper copy of the powerpoint in your folders on the left, if you want to pull it out. i may have forgotten to save it to my flash drive. i apologize. i am the director of the heavy mother's workplace coalition and a little bit of information about who we are, is we're a collaborative of a variety of different groups in san francisco, government agencies, non-profits and employers that are committed to improving workplace polices for women and particularly for women with families and child-care obligations to promote both health outcome and generate equity in the workplace. some of our partners -- oh, you found it, so good. so we were formed basically to address health disparities and the outcomes with women with children and gender equity. our partners include the san francisco breast-feeding promotion coalition, the department of health, the sbc, san francisco wic, et cetera. the reason is the employer polices around lactation or project pregnancy accommodation and leave really do have an affect on both the work

it's not going to be a shock to you that i don't have a sizzle reel but i did manage to get a few powerpoint slides in so it's a good thing if i can get my next one. can you advance it for me please? so it is a safety course that i created with yahoo. we partnered together. i started asking questions the first day so my boots are on the ground and i'm in the schools and i love doing what i do, and i believe wholeheartedly and i believe it was the soft power -- yes, i love it. i think it's effective in so many ways, so i had luckily teamed up with the right people at yahoo who were really amazing and just the foresight they saw, and believed in the concept that law enforcement needs to be a piece of this puzzle and have some solutions. we have a unique part in the schools and with kids and this did get certified for the peace officer standards and we get credit for that being police officers and our training and our curriculum -- i have a slide. hopefully -- it started as a diversion program for the restorative justice and sort of a piece of the pie, almost geared towards probation and after

>> we have a powerpoint? yes. good afternoon, supervisors. chairman wiener, supervisor kim, supervisor chiu. my name is tess cavanagh, i'm project manager at sfmta for operator rest room project. all right. we have over 2000 transit operators who drive the buses in the city. 76 transit lines with 146 terminals. our bus drivers really require access to facilities as they're performing their duties as operators. right now we have 17 portables in 15 locations, 18 licenses with businesses providing access to rest rooms, 21 permanent operated rest rooms, 21 free rest rooms, and all access at mta facilities. we currently have 32 gaps where operators have no access to rest rooms during their routes which we're trying to take care of as soon as possible. you make excellent powerpoint graphs and so happy to see the end result, so much more than when i started with the group at the beginning. i remember we were at a outreach committee and commissioner dooley and i were trying to tackle the vacancy situation and we actually took a camera to go to different neighborhoods to take pictures and all of that. so with your automatic tracking system, it's really helpful. so do you have any like ballpark number of how many vacancies in the city? >> well we have 130 listings, and storefrontsf.com right now. we're listing all of the retail vacancies currently available for lease, some of them for purchase. it's actually indicated whether it's "lease/purchase," or both in some cases. so we have about 130/135 and most of those are within our invest in neighborhood-commercial districts. so we're trying to track all of them within our 25 corridors and then anyone who wants to post a vacancy, citywide, no matter where it is, they can post them there. so we have a number that are from outside of the area. so the greater challenge are the vacancies that aren'
