&i'm going to go ahead and start without the powerpoint, but you have a paper copy of the powerpoint in your folders on the left, if you want to pull it out. i may have forgotten to save it to my flash drive. i apologize. i am the director of the heavy mother's workplace coalition and a little bit of information about who we are, is we're a collaborative of a variety of different groups in san francisco, government agencies, non-profits and employers that are committed to improving workplace polices for women and particularly for women with families and child-care obligations to promote both health outcome and generate equity in the workplace. some of our partners -- oh, you found it, so good. so we were formed basically to address health disparities and the outcomes with women with children and gender equity. our partners include the san francisco breast-feeding promotion coalition, the department of health, the sbc, san francisco wic, et cetera. the reason is the employer polices around lactation or project pregnancy accommodation and leave really do have an affect on both the work

. -- -- in the interest of time i will work off the prints on the powerpoint. as you can see on the first slide we are requesting to move about 460,000 from the salina salaries and 250,000 from dependent coverage to cover overtime. the reason we need to move is that we do have enough cash but we do not have sufficient budget allocation and this is in fact from supervisor farrell's overtime legislation two years ago. this is the second time we have worked with this ordinance; the department is learning how to manage his budget within the parameters of the ordinance which is exactly what we were intended to do. and you can see that in the following slide the problem is primarily due to a structural budget problem. if you look at the pec work order you can see that we have three separate categories. the prominent salary categories, uniform salary categories and overtime salary categories. if you look at the budget you can see that all of the budgetary funds were placed in hermann and miscellaneous salaries which is people like me which were uniformed and there wer

the second is for the construction much the ramps itself and i have a powerpoint and we have the transportation authority also here. i would point out that the transportation authority board yesterday did approve these moa's on behalf of the transportation authority. i actually prepared a powerpoint presentation for you. today i'm going to go over the audit results for 11-12. i'm actually here to present two reports, city reports. the first one is the city's comprehensive annual financial report or what is known as the c-a-f-r. the second report is the board as the governing body of the city. and lastly the third report is the single audit report which is the compliance audit of the city's federal program. i do want to mention that [speaker not understood]. we audit all of the city's funds except for the ones that are audited by kpmg and other auditors which includes the health services, the airport, the puc, the mta, as well as the market corporation. for the city's c-a-f-r, we issue an unqualified opinion which is the highest level issuance that the city may have. i do want to point out that in our audit opinion for 2012, we had two additional paragraphs to emphasize certain matters. the first one related to the solution of the redevelopment agencies as effective february 1st 2012. and the city had

>> we have a powerpoint? yes. good afternoon, supervisors. chairman wiener, supervisor kim, supervisor chiu. my name is tess cavanagh, i'm project manager at sfmta for operator rest room project. all right. we have over 2000 transit operators who drive the buses in the city. 76 transit lines with 146 terminals. our bus drivers really require access to facilities as they're performing their duties as operators. right now we have 17 portables in 15 locations, 18 licenses with businesses providing access to rest rooms, 21 permanent operated rest rooms, 21 free rest rooms, and all access at mta facilities. we currently have 32 gaps where operators have no access to rest rooms during their routes which we're trying to take care of as soon as possible.
