government t.v., i have a powerpoint presentation. today i'm presenting the semiannual report for the legacy business program for april through september, 2018, including major accomplishments, business assistance services, the legacy business historic preservation fund, marketing and promotions, and major upcoming activities. major accomplishments from april through september included adding 19 businesses to legacy business registry, finalize the rules and regulations for the legacy business registry, translated the legacy business program resources and buck into chinese, spanish anti- gallic -- and tagalog. we conducted outreach to city departments, commissions, committees, task forces to encourage them to patronize legacy business to the greatest extent possible. we issued the business assistance grant for fiscal year 2018, 2019 in english, chinese, and we received 105 business assistance grant applications for fiscal year 18 and 19. i think it says 103 in the report but we found a couple more. they did two together in a couple of

we had dozens of people coming through with powerpoint reactors, they were an idea for a small reactor that would be modular, and they came to us and said license it, and we said we can't do that you have to do more than that. we worked with the office of management and budget and department of energy and made a decision. we said we'll prepare to license two types of designs, two reactors, and the department of energy will provide financial support for the two designs. as with many other things that happened while i was chairman, they did award those grants to two designs, the nrc prepared the license two of them. one of them the company decide to fold in 2017. the other one is moving forward. the problem fundamentally is that nuclear reactors, the size they are, because that's the way you make them economically viable. so when you take the reactor and you split it up into lots of pieces, you now essentially increase a lot of the cost. and you make it to a point where it's probably not economically viable. and when you look at a reactor that's on the order of tens of mega watts or metr
