pratt: thank you. a question for the ambassador. he said he would recommend iran during the shanghai cooperation organization if the nuclear deal is successful. what would the implications of this be and how would iran partners benefit? dr. mousavian: iran is already participating on all shanghai's high-level meetings. and if iran is members, it would create more opportunities for asian cooperation between iran and china, iran and south asia, and even iran and india. this would have more impact on iran economical relations with asia. mr. pratt: just as a general for the panel, we have about 16, 17 minutes to go. it is a broad one. it is, what will the u.s. congress to? which is us going to sort of the filling a lot of air, but if anybody would like to comment on that. [laughter] dr. sullivan: well, the u.s. congress will do what the u.s. congress does. which is debate this issue and try to work it through. and whatever matter, they will. there is an election year coming up. there is always an election

we just received word of a new fire on west pratt and monroe streets in baltimore. that's about ten minutes away from the inner harbor. rioters have looted dozens of businesses and caused a lot of property damage. more than two dozen people were arrested. mayor stephanie rawlings-blake put a curfew in last night. we still don't know how the 25-year-old or why his his spinal cord was severed. >> there is the washington monument live view. the clouds are producing a few sprinkles. your weather and traffic on the ones now as we approach 4:41 on this tuesday morning. we are getting a few sprinkles just to the north of baltimore and east of there and the eastern shore, but these as they track to the south tend to break up maybe getting a few sprinkles near chestertown and centerville over the next half hour or so. clouds around temperatures in the low to mid 40s. around the bay it's 50 degrees. in the mountains, a few locations in the upper 30s to 40 degrees. really beautiful, we'll be climbing in the 60s, near 70 degrees. it will be near 70 just to our south. me lace ha

take a look here in west baltimore and west pratt street.hop destroyed, looted overnight. you can see it is a mess to say the very least and frustration is not even the worst of what people are feeling. they say it is beyond frustrating what is happening in their town, in their community. i talked to a lot of business owners who say they have come down just to take a look and to survey the damage hoping that their business is not the next business to fall victim to a lot of this destruction people saying that folks are taking advantage of the situation. when that happened, a fire broke out. we talked to an eyewitness who said this fire broke out around the same time as the store was looted. however, it rekindled early this morning. we first showed you pictures in the 4:00 hour with flames, bright orange flames shooting out of the roof and firefighters working foofer r feverishly to -- working feverishly to try to bring those flames under control and try to douse water on to the flames. the fire has now been out for i would say for about a go

that's how intense the fire was here last night and it was here on west pratt street. this is a street which is lined with stores about five minutes, leon, from where you are right now. and many of these stores were looted last night. we talked to the owner of this story who owned two stores this one and the one right next door. he doesn't know what he's going to do at this point. he doesn't know whether he can rebuild. let's move across the street if we can, to the jay mart store which is a very, very important store in this neighborhood. brian, if you could hurry on across the people who own this store had been in this country for 32 years. they've owned this business for 17. this is what's happened to them. this happened last night. we talked with them also and we'll be hearing from them tonight at 6:00. they really do not know what to do. their whole life was in this business. and now it's destroyed. talking to the people in this neighborhood, they just can't believe it. they don't understand why people would destroy important businesses in their own community. now
