now i want to bring in cnn politics executive editor mark preston and "washington post" political reporter philip bump. good evening. mark, despite the fact he is winning, numbers look bleak for donald trump at least electoral wise if you listen to what john king says. what is best case scenario for him? >> best is that his campaign turns around and he is able to pick up support in states such as new hampshire, pick up key congressional district in maine, that he turns it around in colorado where he is behind right now. that's not putting papa on the board, but frankly he needs his message he has in ohio to transfer over to pennsylvania. certainly the western part of the state, and see if it can grow into philadelphia, otherwise he has a difficult path. again, he has to win florida and north carolina on top of that. it is difficult. >> he has a ways to go. do you agree? >> yeah, i mean i would say it is worse than difficult. essentially you saw right there looking at the map the way it is, hillary clinton is over 300 electoral votes. this is not something, you know -- and we're also two weeks fro
