they are spread pretty much throughout the city. people have easy access to locations. i have included a map of where the ggnra's proposed changes would be. it is important to note that we have many of the same challenges, over 80% of our dogs are near sensitive natural habitats. while we do have a lot that we share with the ggnra, we have concerns about this plan. most importantly, the study does not adequately speak to land outside the golden gate area. we think that is problematic. if you restrict access to a certain area of the city, they will necessarily go somewhere else. it will cause an additional maintenance burden for the city. we also have some anecdotal evidence from last month. the environmental study also references limiting the number of dogs the professional dog walkers are allowed to have with them at any time. the city does not currently have either of those things in place. while they are ideas that have been discussed. it and could be problematic n.y. -- it could be problematic if there are different rules in different jurisdictions. people continue

my family and i came to the city pretty poor and went through booker t. and automatic the other programs. i went to school, went to lowe, u.c. berkeley and today i'm a senior software engineer for a company called nimbus, a global company. we will be working with booker t. to help them even the challenge if given the opportunity with more housing, afterschool programs and jobs. they are also the gateway of silicon valley. there are so many opportunities for them to show that they are our future. they need to have a good opportunity like i did through education and opportunity to access the job market. and with the right education and right environment to do that i think they will be successful. i was also a san francisco native and a taxpayer. these are the programs that i fund, i love to see to be inspired and i love to pay more taxes if these are the programs that are going to be on the ballot. hearing by noting that one of the most difficult issues facing the city and county of san francisco is the fact that as we are facing a pretty difficult budget year a city, for the incoming fiscal year, the protection is $491 million,. it is a very serious issue. these are truly some of the most knowledgeable people on this issue. we heard from them about different factors, there is market consolidation by hospitals. we heard from experts today that since francisco is among the most consolidated if not the most consolidated market in the state. in trying to understand why it is that it costs a patient $7,349 a day, why it costs a patient other places 3931, consolidation is an issue. we heard from the doctor today that testified that consolidation and it definitely drives the prices. even when taking into account higher labor costs, even when factoring in the cost of living, you still have a very significant difference. it is an issue and it is something that we have to deal with. it is something that is not going to be resolved in the near future. i thought was important for us to have this discussion. there is a lot of disc
