the easterly flow is pretty persistent from ocean city toward easton to the patuxent river and up towardashington, d.c. what we're seeing is the flow bringing in the moisture from off the water but we're going to have high pressure still dominating our forecast overall. we're still under this dome of high pressure. so the dry and pleasant conditions stay with us. we're not looking for any rain associated with these clouds. they're just kind of shielding the sun just for right now. this is the notch we have carved out here with this high pressure. this is the next rain maker that could be moving into the region sunday into monday. that is going to bring with it a chance of showers. as you see this disturbance off the coast is pushing away. that's going to take the cloud cover with it. this is really your forecast for the next five days or so the weekend is gorgeous for us and the ravens up around buffalo. they're going to be under just a little bit cooler conditions than we are. the rain will move in. much will fall apart as the front gets closer. it will move into this drier air. a lot i

i have worked in crisis programs here and in new york city and pretty much ever phase of program there is. i have been a suicide prevention interventionist, i guess after this, the one thing i want to say that force is not treatment. one thing that we have learned in the community mental health system which was set up in the 60s partly to answer the need for social justice around mental health is that people respond to dignity and fair treatment. and the -- as an example of the -- i think that the psych so physiology is that it's still very coneject ral. that doesn't really matter. the one thing that i have realized in working with people in all sorts of states, regardless of what you call their state, they respond to, if you treat them with love, with kindness, and compassion. and unfortunately, whether or not i think that as an example, the mental health association and generally mental health associations across the country we do not advocate against services. i want to point out that what is called outpatient treatment. the part that we have a concern about is what the technical is

>> a cake, well, our decision to leverage services and move to echolocation a facility in the city was pretty simple. that was pretty much a cost decision as well. the decision to build a brand new data center from the ground up versus leverage the services of a pre-fabricated co-location center, that is already outfitted with all the heating and air-conditioning and cooling facility that we need -- power, electricity. after weighing the costs of such, it was an easy choice and the most cost-effective choice to seek out the services of a co location site for the city and county primary data center. our former datacenter -- we look at ways to properly renovate and upgrade the facility there. from a cost perspective, it was not a benefit to the city, and we did not think it was a very use of the city's taxpayers funds, so we felt that it was best to research a co-location facility in the city, and we're very pleased with our decision to go that route. because one, we did not have to -- we no longer had the responsibility of managing a facility. we could repurchase or repo august that, those eff
