what are our priorities? what are some of the things that we're already doing that we want to continue to do and to which are? i'm speaking specifically to agencies and those inside the federal government for which agencies will be held accountable and we will report out every quarter. we're reporting every quarter as part of the president's management agenda. we're reporting a lot more frequently along with our partners at dhs in the things that we monitor. it's important every single day. so why is cyber part of the president's management agenda in the very first goal around i.t. modernization? it's a couple things. as we modernize the system, many of the security capabilities are built in. that's why we're pressing so aggressively to move to cloud. we look at our threat vector. look how much threat comes from e-mail phishing and we have some agencies using systems that are very, very old, that's one of the reasons we're pushing. that's an example. modern design considers security as an integrated requireme

, will be moving into priority one and priority two pruning. until we get all of the trees. our goal is to have pruned every tree in the city by the end of year four of the program. which is a very ambitious goal given the deferred maintenance that we are dealing with, but we brought on a lot of contractors and we are stepping up in house as well. i do really want to emphasize that we cannot meet the schedule if we continue to divert resources to address individual trees that are not emergencies. while it is frustrating for property owners who now the city is responsible for trees, to wait sometimes months and sometimes even a couple of years to prune that tree. we will only get through everything and get to a consistent and regular maintenance cycle if we can stick with the efficient grid pruning that we are trying to stick with. if people have what they think is an emergency, they should absolutely call 311 and the urban forestry inspectors go out and inspect trees. they will assess it and we will absolutely divert crews if there is an emerge

what do you believe are now the top legislative priorities with divided rule? >> first, we have to finish this session and we have a number of items. we have to finish the farm bill, funding the government. the one issue that leader pelosi and i discussed this morning is where there could be a possible bipartisan agreement would be something on infrastructure. there will be a lot of other things. i'm not putting you all down. but when we do things together it almost never makes any news. even in this current situation where we have republicans control of all three branches. i have a long list here of things we did on a bipartisan basis from water infrastructure, the best appropriations process in 20 years, airport infrastructure, fda authorization, on and on and on. there are plenty of things we worked together on and i have to tell constituents who think we all hate each other that the senate is a pretty collegial place and even though we had big differences over things like taxes and judges, there were plenty of other things we did together and no reason that
