the san francisco energy watch program has been mostly a lighting program we've run this program since 2006 and worked with all market segments from small business up to large commercial building owners. the bayren program has a more commercial offering this program uses the total estimated energy savings to give the customers incentives. this is one of our favorite plots showing what we've done since 2006 you can see our projects throughout the commercial corridors to every corn er of the city our programs help constituents save energy since 2001 we have installed over 15 thousand projects paid out over 40 million in incentives. reduced 92 ,000 tons of carbon emissions equivalent to 15 thousand vehicles from the road and help san franciscans save energy they are receiving 43 $43 million every year from these projects and they pay out on utility bill savings every year with quality equipment approved that will last longer than conventional equipment and finally our programs help san francisco residents live better and 81, 9th street -- a little drama there. this is a multiphase project

services program and access sfusd. this is more of a jobs program and participation program that we run through this group, and there is a coffee cart job program that encourages students to get some experience, real world experience, by selling and maintaining a coffee cart at our offices and it gives them a chance to have a role. some of these students also have the opportunity to be like mystery shoppers that go on the system to report how we're doing in terms of accessible services and report back to us and there's also a reward component to that because they give rewards to operators doing a good job so it's self reinforcing program and we have participation in the mac committee and overall i wanted to set some context and say there are many areas we're working together and often when there is a direct connection at the level -- at the school level where there is interest on the school side and a program that correspondos our side we do very well with lots of opportunity again to do more. i had one other slide i w
