oklahoma attorney general scott pruitt is leading the charge. one of them against obamacare, he joins us. nice to see you, sir. >> good to see you are greta. >> number of states brought this right. >> one other state. indiana has filed a similar action. private plaintiffs were at issue today. the king plaintiffs. they followed our case in oklahoma. >> okay. so tell me what's the main issue? >> well, every state after the health care law was passed had a decision to make with respect to healthcare exchanges. they had a clear choice. on whether to have subsidies issued to the state exchange. with the subsidies comes something very important. taxes and penalties under the employer mandate penalty there was a decision that states were making 37 states said no to the state health care exchange. because of that the administration tried to fix it, greta, like they do in many instances with a rule to the irs to disregard the decision of the states and issue this rule to set of subsidies issued in all 50 states in addition to the employer mandate penalty
