so if you're headed towards the king of prussia area, have to do late shopping, this is what you'll face. a little slowdown around city avenue but not really much going on there. here's 95. we're really skipping that rush hour here as well. you can see we here in the green for drive times but watch out for ramp closures on 95 northbound around girard avenue and 95 southbound. that's just ongoing construction. we've been dealing with this all morning. this is in hammonthammonton, ne jersey, a fatal accident scene on the atlantic city expressway westbound at exit 28. the left lane is closed eastbound and westbound due to an accident investigation. and with the holidays comes, of course, airport delays. but we also have foggy conditions at the philadelphia international airport so we're still at a 73-minute delay. they have a traffic management program in effect for arriving flights and departed flights so check before you go. >>> shoppers preparing for the holiday at home had to deal with plenty of rain. nbc 10 cameras were outside roxborough where umbrellas were a necessity. meteorologist

and while you're doing so watch out for a crash along 202 northbound right by the court at king of prussiaaffic coming northbound away from the schuylkill toward norristown, it's getting by but there is the accident there with police on the scene. also have a crash in the pottstown area partially blocking the ramp from armand hammer boulevard to the westbound side of 422 so it's causing some slowing in the main lanes of 422 westbound just 12 miles per hour. you might be better off heading west on 724 this afternoon instead. this is the roosevelt boulevard in east falls. got some blinkers on, accident off to the side and northbound lane just north of the ridge avenue on-ramp. it's extra heavy as you come off the schuylkill expressway and head towards that accident scene. on the schuylkill and 95 just normal afternoon delays. in port richmond richmond street still is not opened. now we're hearing until tomorrow afternoon it will remain closed for the setting of the new beams along 95. on 295 had a crash a little bit ago in the southbound lanes at woolwich road. it's gone there with speeds in
