where power lines, probably ignited after getting hit by, lightening within the last her or so, and psa and g crews air arriving on the scene there a lot of this is unfolding as we speak here. so watch for local detours in the neighborhood at almondson road off the 42 freeway in blackwood, new jersey. now lets go to the live jam cam. i-95 is now closed here in center city all because of some flooding, and jackknife tractor trailer right in the tunnels there underneath ben franklin. thinks a live look where i-95 all traffic forced off on to the center city interchange so southbound i-95 pushed off at callowhill, and you can see penndot crews they have their arrows across here. they have the flares here trying to not only get truck out of there but also get in there and unblock the drains. here's the tractor trailer, that jackknifed about an hour or so ago, southbound i-95 right here coming into center city. anybody leaving northeast philadelphia, the neighborhood trying to get down to the airport i-95 is closed right now. they are pushing everybody off into center city on to callowhill s

this is what we found, there were in fact acts of glorification by the psa pa. we found over 25 acts. youth like giving the terrorists official funerals, official flyers to glorify the youths as martyrs. there we have two examples of what that looks like. this is a flyer of a 17-year-old terrorist. the official symbol is on the left and right of his head. it says with pride and honor, the national liberation movement of the palestinian people, eulogizes brave shahid. he was responsible for being involved in a stabbing attack that injured a soldier. example of ar military funeral that was one of the case and we looked at where he was given a formal military funeral. on the bottom, you see a flyer. the statement on the bum reflects his name and also being praise through official channels. the next question we were looking at, is there a correlation? there were specific acts of glorification. that was troubling. it's not what you would want to see in this context. we were looking at whether there was a correlation between the numbers of attacks glorifying the acts

that psa was for live baltimore and visit baltimore, so that's fine, they'll be happy with me now. this is my second term as a member of the house of delegates. in my day job, i'm a state's attorney in arundel county, which is annapolis, city of annapolis and the area north and south of there, where i prosecute domestic violence cases and serious felony property crime. again, i got elected in 2010 which was a pretty incredible time in maryland on this issue. we had actually at that point suffered some setbacks. but we could start to see the way forward. in 2006, two incredible people who i consider great friends and have been incredible advocates on this issue in the state of maryland, geeta and lisa. geeta dean and lisa poliack. were courageous, some of the courageous people who stepped forward in maryland to try and have our ban on same-sex marriage overturned. through the courts. they were not successful. court of appeals in maryland turned them down 4-3. in 2009, the attorney general doug gansler issued an opinion that started to move the ball forward to us and moved it forward
