i don't get flex time, i don't get to get pto and when we build these budgets, we want to talk about efficiency. and i agree with that. but we also have to respect the people that work in these positions, and that we are asking them to do a tremendous amount of work, or at least i am, because we put community first. and i would like for our org chart to show that we respect the work that people are doing, because although it doesn't show on there, we work with every department in the city and county of san francisco, whether it's office of racial equity, whether it's outreach and engagement, whether it is having a better understanding of how city services work, we are focused on the human people, the humanity of the city. and that means that we do our best to touch everyone. so it may look like it's like out of alignment. but if we actually went down and paid attention to like what the work is and what it looks like, we would see that we actually are understaffed. as i mentioned before, we have seven people that are essentially serving 3000 people directly. right. and they can't some
