it's account holders, utility accounts currently being served by sf puc hydro power system. the next face of the enrollment will happen in july. our colleagues at the puc have been busy procuring resource to get to the 50% by 2020 goal and so that we can enroll the entire city. when we contract for renewable energy resources, that means that were not only looking at how do we supply clean power sf green product but also clean power sf green which is 100% renewable energy product. in fact, today the board of superviso supervisors authorized the general manager of the puc to enter with 10 developers and it's been an undertaking for our colleagues starting last summer where they issued an rfo to find developers who would be able to build under a certain time line enough renewable energy capacity, some with energy storage, some without to be able to serve the needs of residents and businesses in san francisco. our colleagues will be signing likely five to six contracts in the next month with developers. and enroll the rest of the city between now and 2019. that's all i have on t

it was analyzed both by puc engineers as well as deputy assistant chief rivera and captain reedy, and it was a side by side review. there was a third party review done by charles hawthorne who's an expert in the field. and collectively, we came up and agreed with the option of the third part repoy report ou all these options. it will be part of the continuation of the easter bonds, the emergency safety earthquake response bond is 2010, 2014, and we're hoping for another bond in the 2020 range. we have worked very collaboratively with puc, on those bonds, there's been over 40 water projects been completed, including additional cisterns, and upgraded to our pump stations, and one of our two pump stations is at our headquarters at second and townsend. we were pleased we came to this conclusion on the 10th, and moving forward we had subsequent meeting with the two district supervisors, district one supervisor sandra fewer, and district -- representing the richmond district, and katey tang representing the sunset district. both of them were very pleased with the proposal that we will use g

first, on january 23rd, the puc approved some new rates for cleanpowersf.his is a limited rate action focused on two things. first, at reducing our super green premium for participating customers so effective march 1, next month, our residential super green rates will be 1.5 cents perhour on top of our green kilowith the hour, down from two cents. this reduction will allow the program to remain competitive with comparable offerings by pg&e. the other major actions we took were some modifications to our net energy metering. that's a program that supports customers that have roof top solar. it's a billing credit mechanism that allows customers that own solar to get credits on their bills for any energy they produce and deliver to the grid. that's tracked every month. net credits that accumulate in a given month are carried forward for application to a following billing period. and then, every year, we look at whether the customer was a net producer of energy or a net consumer, and they were a net producer, we compensate them for that energy. so we made change
