the puc, the planning department to develop a site plan and develop financial feasibility cost prohibited. so in 2017, these organizations agreed to proceed with an e.i.r. to improve the viability and allowing the new construction of recreational development. unfortunately, the lake and park couldn't come to an agreement for special events and lighting at the site which is a sense of natural resource and the department accepted lmr's withdrawal recently. so, moving forward, both the department and s.f.p.u.c.'s primary goal is the remediation of the project site and opening the site with a range of recreational activities for all ages, fitness levels. the department in sfp.u.c. have developing a new site plan in order to continue the e.i.r. process and includes a range of recreational activities. so the next phase is to proceed with the e.i.r. process and we will be back in touch, but the elements include the possibility of the following. picnic areas, walking paths, bird watching areas, basketball courts, playground, skateboarding, restrooms, community space and a restaurant. there isn't
