southwest corner of treasure island to the permanent switch yard and treatment plant and, again, the puc, we'll only accept ownership of the permanent utilities that don't have, will be part of their system. so it is proposed that tida accept these as part of the legacy infrastructure that we own and operate. in the pink, you see the first major phase area. we're fairly concentrated on yerba buena island with areas around hangers two and three. and the new switch yard and treatment plant are in the northeast corner of the island and so we have a need for the interim through the treatment plant and through the switch yard. so ticd has completed the construction of the fourth street pump station to the existing waste water treatment plant. this force main will accept flows from existing tida and job corps pump stations so another reason as part of accepting our system. and ticd has also installed overheadlines connecting the submarine cable to the new switch yard and from the new switch yard to a trunk line along 9th street, there's been an energized to sub phase part of their completion.
