we developed a 2 phase scope of work and really appreciate the input we got from the puc, mike has been very helpful and providing technical input from their team. also, department of environment has been very helpful. i like to thank berry hooper a expert in the field who is really provided a lot of insight and then also got input from the department of building indeckz inspection and fire department. we developed a two phase approach. the first phase is focusing on r3 occupancy buildings, single family homes and duplexes and then the second phase will look at additional building types and other policy considerations around battery storage. the intent is to try to get the first phase done quickly and the single family homes and duplexes is the most straight forward residential case for adding battery storage in the home and when you look at at larger multifamily buildings things are more complicated so why we plan to tackle that in phase 2. to expedite getting the study started we are excited to explore using department of environment existing contract with arup. they are contract was
