kathy henley and colonel peacock are working the late shift at puckett's wrecker yard. >> it was around 1:03 in the morning of the 18th. me and colonel were sitting there at his desk. he was filling out his paperwork and we were going over the paperwork. to the left of me, we had a monitor sitting there. while i was talking to him, out the corner of my eye, i could see something moving around a lot. >> kathy turns to watch the security camera and can't believe her eyes. >> this thing was out here. and then after it twirled around going through the back end of a car, you could see a ball of light just shoot off. i said to colonel, you need to check the lot out. >> that's when i came out here to see if anybody's around or doing it, i couldn't find nobody. >> what was was in the yard has vanished. >> so i pulled the videotape out and i took it home with me. when you go from a little screen to one like this big, you could actually see it. and to me, honestly looked like a woman wearing overalls with blonde hair and a white shirt and she was twirling around with the cars and everything back

knowing what it's like when our office would have a very difficult case against the late kirby puckett who is an icon in our state. we did not win that case, but i could understand that culture and how difficult it is to win those cases in the court of law. so i appreciate the questions that were asked about discipline beyond the courtroom. i also understand what it's like to take on domestic violence cases. mr. vincent, in our office, we had a poster outside of my door, and it was a woman with a band-aid on her nose and she was holding a little boy and the words under the poster said, beat your wife and it's your kid that will go to jail. and i so appreciated your personal story and your willingness to stop that cycle of violence in your own life, and i know how difficult that is. so thank you very much. my question is really about how to make sure that these criminal cases move forward. i was disturbed by reports in "the new york times" and "the washington post" that leagues or teams may be discourage iing wo that come forward to them, wives or partners of players, from going forward
