we' queen city cupcakes. a very busy time of year for you. what are you making today? chelsea: today we have our toasted hazelnut cupcake that day. most people know nutella. we took an inspiration off of it and created this cupcake. sean: this sounds good. chelsea: we start with a milk chocolate cake, we core out the center so you can fill it. it is just an apple corps. and we take our strata of nutella -- most people either love it or hate it. it is kind of like peanut butter but very nutty and delicious. just like the candy, we stick a whole hazelnut in the center. you have got to have nutella on and then we plug up the core. sean: you put the cap right back in there. chelsea: yes. then we start with our nutella frosting. just like the candy, it has got toasted hazelnuts and wait for cookies -- and wafer cookies. sean: can i lick the bowl after? chelsea: of course. we just fold it in. it is not the prettiest frosting because it is lumpy, but it is delightful. sean: it is all about the taste. chelsea: absolutely. i will put a little bit more -- sean: you guys have a w
