i just give a kind of quick overview of that of this book that pat sweeney and some other well don'tcan't read that too well there other editors and i put together the first edition back in 280 12 or 2011, and the second edition of this book came out a couple of years ago, and the origins of it are that, you know, west, of course, is a leadership and in a sense we've been producing graduates well over 200 years now from 95 graduate to say in a class of 2012, 1912 to nearly a thousand graduates. now each year. so i was there, i was on the faculties my 25th year on the faculty and. i was there on tuesday morning, 911 when that happened. and that was one of the stimulants you really got me thinking about extending my scholarship from you know sort of basic psychology of human performance and adaptability to more how do you develop to lead soldiers and others in situations like my cadets, who were a class of 23, 24, 25, the kids i was teaching at that time had to go ahead and do so. remember that morning we're teaching hours teach a course in experimental psychology it's pretty esoteric
