an attraction that gives people a chance to drive their dream car on a racetrack.orida highway patrol says a lamborghini crashed into a guardrail yesterday afternoon. the passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. the driver was hospitalized with minor injuries. >>> 7:54. new never before scene video from tulsa oklahoma showing a shooting. this case makes some people think of the 2009 b.a.r.t. police shooting of oscar grant. the video shows a tulsa county reserve deputy chase and tackle eric harris on april 2nd. he was being investigated for trying to illegally sell a gun to an undercover officer. the deputy fired his gun, killing 44-year-old eric harris. the deputy said he meant to use his stun gun. in the video you can hear him saying "oh, i shot him. i'm sorry." harris's family said this shooting has left a lot of unanswered questions. >> what kind of gun did he use? that's my question. was he trained in how to use this weapon? did eric have a weapon on time at the time he was killed? >> the deputy is robert bates. the sheriff's department has turned this case

david helped construct a figure 8 racetrack in grand forks and was happy to be able to race his own cars on the track a few times before it being -- before being deployed. wanting to serve his country like his world war ii veteran father david joined the army at age 17. his father hoped he would not be assigned to a combat unit because he was only 17. but a day after his 18th birthday he received his orders to vietnam. will bert fleck. wilbert fleck was born november 22, 1949. he served in the army's first infantry division. he was 19 years old when he died july 27, 1969. wilbert was one of 13 children, seven boys and six girls. six of the seven boys served in the military. wilbert's brothers and sisters remember him as a selfless, caring person. he was always willing to help out a neighbor. he was dedicated to caring for his aging grandparents and he was extremely protective of those he loved. wilbert died taking charge of his platoon after his platoon leader was killed. his sister pauline says that this was just the kind of person he was -- always willing to put the needs of others bef
