snow. with that, loads of people have been in town for the holiday weekend and something to look out for are the icy roads. joining us is rachel the blue canyon, welcome and thank you for being here. >> no problem. chain controls east of baxter to the nevada state line which means it is slow and go driving 35 miles per hour. everybody who came here for the beautiful three day weekend with the amazing snow, it is falling. much better than the rain coverage. they will have a tough time getting home. depending on where they are staying. blue canyon and i-80 just below the on ramp, you can hear that there are chains. it is still kind of early, but they are taking people to make sure they have chains on or four-wheel-drive. we were talking with folks last night who came here and it was a three-hour drive and it was a six-hour drive for them. those diehard snowboarders, so worth it for them and they get up in the powder there is nothing like it, as you know people who come from all over the world to experience the sierra snow. the unfortunate part is getting home, so many people trying to get here and get back home. allow yourself s
