rachel wright: thank you. damian: well, tell us, first of all, about the research and maybe what you've found from that. rachel: okay, so we do research in the community to make sure that we're addressing the right problems in santa clara county. we're the santa clara county community action agency. we receive money from the federal government to fight poverty. and so, what we first do in the research is we ask people in the community what they think is the most important issues in the county.
