strongest right now is a cell that's been pushing through chester county and right now it's right over radnor into the blue route. 27 lightning strikes here. this system is moving to the east at 35 miles per hour. so, rosemont west conshohocken, seven stars all in the path of this storm and storm tracker six double scan can actually dissect the storm and this is the cell we're looking at and i don't know if you can see the legend it bit rises to about 40,000 feet in the air. so, the more lift you have with a storm, the stronger it is and when it gets that high, it's not out of the question it could even have some small hail with it. really, though, i think the biggest concern is the lightning, the heavy downpours and the potential for some damaging winds. and this is why we've had the heat and humidity and it has been a hot summer. so far we've had 28 days of temperatures in the 90's. average to date 21 and we have several more days on the way and with the heat, we have the humidity. so, the heat index makes it feel like 107 in philadelphia, the same in millville and dover, 103 in wilmington
