mary rafferty, fox news. thank you, mary ann. well, hundreds of medical providers at dialysis centers say they will go on strike this week over what they call unfair labor practices. the protesting for higher wages. now the strike is planned for today and tomorrow at two dozen satellite health care. and fresenius kidney care clinics across california. they include locations in gilroy, san jose and brentwood. registered nurses, patient care technicians, social workers, hemodialysis technicians and other providers say they all plan to participate in that walkout. possible government shutdown is now less than a week away. lawmakers must agree on a spending bill by saturday to avoid a shutdown. as that deadline approaches, the house republican majority still has not come to an agreement. house speaker kevin mccarthy is slated to bring a series of stopgap bills up for debate this week. the speaker says a number of hard line republicans still won't budge this july. a few members here have stopped us from being bringing these bills up.
