rahel solomon is an ross same time.et's get i'm river to "eyewitness news" reporter cleve bryan he's been covering this trial since the beginning and joins us live in camden with what this means. good afternoon, cleve. >> reporter: good afternoon, jim. we know the jury was having hard time deciding because they kept asking to see the interview video with david dj creato the morning that his son was reported missing. so they were really trying to look into that video for answe s and ultimately a jury of 12 people could not decide together on whether or not he was guilty or innocent of killing his son. now the jury got back to work this morning at about 9:15 and then by about 10:45, they came back to the judge to tell them they just could not agree. all 12 of them not able come up way unanimous decision. much of the this case was circumstantial evidence. knowing that david dj creato was the only known person to be with his son brendan back on the morning he was found dead and also seeing in a long series of text messages
